We work closely with smallholder farmers to produce premium Arabica coffee cherries through sustainable, high-quality farming practices. We provide training in climate-smart agriculture, focusing on shade-grown coffee, organic fertilization, and soil conservation to enhance yield and cup quality.
We will support farmers with a revolving credit fund for inputs such as organic fertilizers and disease-resistant seedlings, ensuring healthier crops. Regular field visits and mentorship will help farmers implement best practices, including selective handpicking of only ripe cherries to maintain quality.
To improve productivity, we will introduce beekeeping for natural pollination and soil enrichment through our goat manure project. Post-harvest, we ensure proper processing methods, from timely pulping and fermentation to controlled drying, preserving flavor and aroma.
We foster fair trade practices, ensuring farmers receive competitive prices for their cherries.
By integrating these efforts, we empower farmers, improve livelihoods, and produce consistently exceptional Arabica coffee.
We aggregate coffee parchment from smallholder farmers to ensure consistent quality, better prices, and efficient market access. We train farmers in proper post-harvest handling, including fermentation, washing, and drying to the optimal 12% moisture content. Farmers then deliver their parchment to our collection centers, where we conduct quality assessments to maintain premium standards.
By aggregating parchment, we bulk coffee for better bargaining power, securing higher prices for farmers and reducing individual transport costs.
Through this model, we support farmers with reliable market access, fair pricing, and improved incomes, while ensuring we source high-quality parchment for premium coffee production.
We carefully select the best quality parchment for hulling to produce premium green beans, ensuring excellence at every stage. Farmers deliver well-dried parchment to our facility, where we conduct quality checks for defects, consistency, and density.
Only the highest-grade parchment undergoes hulling, using well-calibrated equipment to remove the husk without damaging the beans. We then sort and grade the green beans by size, weight, and defect-free appearance, ensuring only top-tier beans move forward.
Our premium green beans are then carefully roasted in small batches, using precise temperature control to unlock their natural flavors and aroma. This meticulous process guarantees rich, smooth, and flavorful coffee that meets specialty standards.
By maintaining strict quality control from parchment selection to roasting, we consistently produce exceptional Arabica coffee that delights consumers and elevates farmer incomes.
